OVERVIEW

Standard Float Level Transmitter is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, suitable for liquid level measurement of most liquids.The product adopts full-process production management and inspection to ensure high reliability of the industrial Float Level Transmitter.

The Float Level Transmitter uses a magnetic float as the measuring element; through magnetic coupling, the resistance inside the sensor changes linearly.The intelligent converter converts the resistance change into a 4~20mA standard current signal, which can display the liquid level percentage, 4~20mA current and liquid level value on site.Remote transmission to the control room enables automatic detection, control and recording of liquid level with the industrial Float Level Transmitter.This instrument is suitable for sewage treatment and liquid level measurement of media in various atmospheric and pressure vessels in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, light industry and pharmaceutical.It is particularly ideal for liquid level measurement of underground storage tanks and storage vessels.

The Float Level Transmitter features simple structure, easy debugging, good reliability and high accuracy.The Float Level Transmitter is widely applicable for continuous measurement of liquid level (interface) of media such as high-temperature, high-pressure, viscous, dirty media, asphalt, waxy oil products, as well as flammable, explosive and corrosive media.It can be used for industrial measurement and control of liquid level in various liquid tanks such as petroleum, chemical raw material storage, industrial processes, biochemistry, medicine, food and beverage, tank farm management and underground inventory of gas stations.The Float Level Transmitter is also suitable for dam water level, reservoir water level monitoring and sewage treatment, etc.

Working Principle of Float Level Transmitter:

The standard Float Level Transmitter is designed based on Archimedes' buoyancy principle; when the liquid level in the container changes, the float moves up and down accordingly.Due to magnetic action, the reed switch of the Float Level Transmitter is magnetically attracted, resulting in a linear change in the resistance inside the sensor.Then the converter converts this resistance change into a 4mA~20mA standard DC signal output, realizing long-distance detection and control of the liquid level with the 4-20mA Float Level Transmitter.Different materials can be selected according to the chemical properties of the liquid, and different floats can be matched according to the liquid density to achieve optimal measurement accuracy of the Float Level Transmitter.
